Although, all the necessary efforts are made to reinforce Harison Generator’s reputation for product quality and reliability and necessary control measures are adopted and implemented to offer product safety and integration of quality of control yet in any instance or scenario to return the product, we make a sincere request to contact us directly. Even though we assure 1-year warranty on our diesel generator and its mechanical equipment, but if, in any case, our diesel generator is not working properly or yielding under-performance, then we could repair the generator or its mechanical parts, else the replacement of the generator can be done if it is under its warranty time period. Nevertheless, if any customer wants to return our diesel generator, then we highly recommend to consider our return policy for in-depth information. NOTE: Each product which is returned should be original, in original packaging and in their original condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to pack the product such that it is not damaged during its shipping. Henceforth, we duly advise our customers to not to dispose of the original packaging until the delivered item has met their specific requirements and expectations.

The generator should be returned in the original condition in which they are received and the request to accept the returns would not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The generator is damaged due to misuse.
  • The generator is tampered or missing serial number or labels.
  • The generator is returned without the original packaging, original receipt, and other items if any included inside the delivery package.

 

Bought the generator with the rating other than the desired one? Not an issue!! We will replace it along with the required price adjustments. However, once received the return, we will be inspecting the entire generator and compare it with pre-dispatch pictures. If everything seems to be OK, we will replace it with the correct rating generator or refund the payment if required.
